My broadband has been terrible the last month, and I've logged in to find my broadband package but it says I dont have one. Ive tried my other email addresses also in case we have two accounts but nothing. However I am paying £30 every month and we have internet. I really need to know what account its linked to as id like to cancel it.

There is only a few things that you can try to sort it out on your end before you call the broadband support team and ask for an engineer visit.
Have a nosy at these links, such as factory resetting the router etc.
