Hi,
I thought I had closed my account more than a year ago.
I am still being billed but now I can't find an account to close or cancel
Anyone had a similar experience?
PS. What is frustrating is the lack of a helpdesk.

That's because there is nowhere on this site offering a clear way to cancel, it's a total con! Now TV box I purchased happened to have free month Entertainment. That is NOT a contract. Now TV will not get another penny out my account for something I do not want. Total Con. Shame on you now TV 👎

You have to go through several pages of “cancel” before it is officially cancelled.
