Cannot update card details

I have reciently changed bank account, when I have tried to update bank details all I get is 'oops something has gone wrong, please try again'. Keep trying again but with no success. Can someone please advise !!!

I have been trying to do the same thing for a week. 

 

Every time I go to change card details online it goes to the 'Great, you're all ready to go' screen. No option to update anything. 

 

I've spoken to at least 7 people on the online chat through the correct links for card details, to be told they need to transfer me to a different department. The transfer never happens and it's just sitting loading. 

 

I've tried calling the call centre three times and been waiting at least 20 mins each time to not have any luck. This is SERIOUSLY annoying.
