Cannot sign-up

Hello,

 

When I try to sign-up, I get a message stating that I already have an account for my email and to login

 

When I try and login, it states I am not recognised

 

When I try and send my email address a password reminder, it states email cannot be identified

 

I have had to login with parents email in order to request this help

I am having the exact same issue, I have had to create an account with my work email simply to get help, not the first time I've had to go through this nonsense, can someone provide assistance to sort this out!

I can sign in on my laptop & iPhone but when i try signing in on my TV my ID & Pass are not recognised
