Cannot sign up for now boost ERROR

Every time I try to use a now boost trial or even pay for the service I get a red banner saying error with no information other than that?

according to my account I’m not signed up for now boost so I’m very confused

Have you tried another browser?

You could try via the app itself for iTunes/Google Play/Amazon purchase.

I have yes, tried chrome on windows, my now app on Samsung tv and safari on iPhone.

The error code I’m getting when I try now is 

COM_10008

literally can’t find anything on Google and getting through to an actual person on the chat is impossible

Live chat only operates between 8am and midnight. 

You need to make sure to click "chat online" within the green box, Don't hit "get help quicker" as this is a bot.

Also, have you by any chance taken out your membership(s) with a third party, but you are trying to get Boost from Now directly? That might not work if so.
