Cannot reset password or access account.

I recently removed the pin from my account however the following day an error has occurred which meant I was logged out of all devices. 

I can no longer log into my account. If I try a password reset using email or security questions the reset process seems to work, I get the reset and ‘You’re all set’ confirmation but still cannot log in. 

I can’t get phone support as only broadband support is available.
I can’t use chat as it’s offline.

I’m still paying for my passes but cannot use the service. 
I have had to use a different account to log in here to post this in the hope of some help! 

Please help!
