Updated my card details multiple times but I keep getting notifications that NOW is trying to take the payment from my old card. My account is saying there are no outstanding payments so it won't allow me to make an online payment and I keep getting emails threatening to terminate service. Have called and emailed multiple times to no avail.
Does anyone know how to fix this? 🤔

Yes multiple times. Broadband, so it won't even let me add paypal to try and take the payment through that method

I have had the same but i keep updating my bank details it says its now added but then iv now been slapped with a two month bill when iv updated it, iv had issues since i had it installed and had to make payement over the phone but thought id sorted it last time, im fed up with it and half the time it keeps going down, thinking of going elsewhere, and it tells me there is no outstanding debt
