Cannot complete setting up my account

Hello,

My broadband service will go live on the 25th January, and in the meantime i was trying to complete the setting up of my account, but when i fill the form and click submit, it tells me that something went wrong and i need to contact support.

I tried to call the number but after 15 minutes of waiting i gave up.

Any help here ?
