Cannot change payment details for Nowtv

 

Everytime I attempt to load the payment details page to update my information as I have swapped banks recently it takes me to a blank white page.

 

I can't pay bills because I can't input my new card details. I have tried using different web browsers to no avail.

 

The number I got sent in an email to ring claim they don't deal with the NOW TV side of things, the live chat told me to ring the number so I am going back and forth.

 

Anyone got any solutions?

I'm in the same boat. Just changed banks and the payment page just sends me to Congratulations for signing up page. It just seems to go in a loop.

Same problem.

 

Chat is a BOT!  Have been round in circles that only gives me the same details every time or gives me the option to go the the community.

 

Why can we not deal with a human?  I have tried multiple times and cannot update!

On Live Chat, when you can get onto it, keep your answers short, sweet and prompt, or it will time out on you.

If the person you are talking to doesn’t seem able to understand your issue, ask to be escalated to the next level of help.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
