I’m trying to cancel my membership but going into my now membership nothing is showing to cancel only offers. They are taking payments through sky/ PayPal and on my sky app which is my mobile mobile there’s no record of this showing up neither on payment records either. I’m trying to contact but again no chat is showing up for me even after refreshing the page. I can’t even remember signing up in the first place. This is highly frustrating. Has this happened to anyone before where they can’t cancel or get intouch? Thank you.
Where did you take out the membership to begin with? As you have mentioned app several times, you have to go through the App Store to manage this.
