Cancle payment as dont have an account


The last two months a payment has been taken from my account from now tv. I have not had a now tv account since july 2019. Whne I log in to the account from last year it states no upcoming payments and no payment since july 2019. I have not signed up and I would like to stop the payments. Please can you advise how I do this as I am unable to cancle as I dont have any passes?

Have you ever created more than one account with NowTV in the past ?


If so, check all your playback devices on the NowTV App under the My Account section to see if they all have the same login email or username used.


Also if you have more than one email address in your name, check all your email addresses for any sign of NowTV email correspondence sent to you (including checking your junk & deleted folders).
