Cancelling

I tried a trial for entertainment pass and remembered it ended today. I went online and cancelled it this morning, but they have set up an entertainment pass and taken the money for it even though I cancelled. Can I get a refund as it’s almost impossible to contact these people?

It depends if you cancelled soon enough.  If you activated your free pass at 9 am and cancelled at 9:15 am 1 week later, then it's too late.   But if you're sure that you cancelled in time contact them via live chat or one of the help options on the community pages.   Good Luck.
