I’m trying to cancel my TV passes. When I click on ‘cancel’ I get the message ‘please wait a moment we’re checking your account’. The site then just hangs indefinitely. I can’t find any email address or access to live chat In order to cancel.

I've been charged for an entertainment and boost pass today but I have been at work, I have cancelled them but have still been charged, The chat button does not seem to work and the FB page is rubbish, they do not respond on the chat there either.
