Cancelling pass when it doesn't come up

I can't find a way to cancel my membership. I am set up with an entertainment pass on my iPad. When I log into my account it shows my last bill paid was this month. However when I go to my account - and then membership - it only gives me the option to buy an entertainment pass. It doesn't come up with cancel. It also says it doesn't have my bank account details. However it lists all my monthly fees are paid. Can anyone help OR tell me a way to contact NOW?

Did you get the membership from the app on your iPad? If so the billing is through iTunes and not direct via NOW.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
