When I go to manage passes there is no option to cancel my now tv pass

So your passes section doesn’t look like this?
As a suggestion if you still want to cancel your passes that you should head onto live chat and speak with Now TV staff.
Just make sure to click “chat online” within the green box.

Yes it does but non of them have a cancel option, they just say upgrade

There is no "upgrade" option within My Passes.
It is either
As a suggestion head onto Live chat and speak with Now TV staff to see what they can do on their end.
