I've been trying to call or email NowTV for the past hour and it seems to be a waste of time for something as simple as cancelling its service.
I understand the business strategy of keeping your customers from leaving but this is quite the exaggeration.
It's been almost 20 minutes of wait time and there's no option that let us to quickly solve the issue.
More information regarding this case:
I'm moving out and want to cancel NowTV before they ask for another month of internet;
I'm not changing services or anything alike, just want to close my account for good.
Please do advise,
