Hi I cancelled my membership for the entertainment pass today but it had already been taken from my account. The payments is pending in my bank account so I’m wondering if I’d be able to get a refund as I don’t intend to use it anymore. TIA for help 😊
When did you take the membership out? There are no free trials anymore with the entertainment or cinema memberships, so payment is taken straight away.

To follow-up from my post, did you receive an email confirmation of your cancellation? If not then it's unlikely the cancellation took place as it is a bit of a pain and lengthy process. Can always check your up coming payments to make sure nothing is due to come out in the future.
