Cancelling free trial

Morning all,

I’m trying to cancel my free trials in time so that I won’t be charged, however I’m unable to as my account is showing that the card details are invalid.
I’ve checked them and they’re correct (and there are enough funds in my account).
There is a link on my account to follow for help but they link is broken and doesn’t load.

I want to make sure that I’m not charged for the two passes that I have had free trials on but I can’t find a way of doing it!

Has anyone experienced something similar or has the right number to contact to solve this?

There is no number you can call, but Live Chat is interactive, and can be very effective,

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
