Cancelling after weeks free trial - oops something went wrong

I've been trying to cancel after having the weeks trial - every time I click on something it tells me 'oops something went wrong try again'  I've been refreshing and re-logging in for 5 days now with the same response
Now when I get onto passes (I saw on another section this is where we can cancel them) it says 'we're having trouble displaying your passes, please wait a moment and try again' every time I try

Having the same issue. I can login but get the message:

 

We're having trouble displaying your Passes
Please wait a moment and try again.
 
Funnily enough I had the same issue with a free trial of amazon prime. I ended up spending ages on the phone trying to cancel before I was charged another month. Wonder if it's a ploy so you forget to cancel and get charged? Some people say I'm paranoid, but they're always saying something about me.
