I have got a free entertainment pass with Vodafone but accidentally applied it to the wrong account which is fine but I want to cancel my movie pass on my current account so that I can transfer it to the entertainment account.
The trouble is I cannot cancel it as there was no money in my bank account to pay (tight month), and it says I cannot cancel while they are attempting to take a payment, but I want to cancel it before it takes the payment out when I get paid. Is this possible?

Have a word with live chat to see if they can cancel your movie pass before the money is attempted to taken from your account.
