Cancelling Now Boost

Took out NOW for one month only, took BOOST at the same time as it was on offer. Have been able to cancel entertainment subscription but unable to cancel BOOST. Have stopped payments from bank but every month get emails telling me to update payment details so they can take payment. Why can’t I cancel it ???

How did you take out boost? 

Was it on the website or app?

If it was the latter you’ll need to go to the appropriate App Store to deal with the subscription.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Thanks for reply. I def took it out and n the website. Have managed to find a way to message customer services now so will see what happens
