Contact your bank and have the payments stopped.
Then contact NowTV, via Live Chat, and explain what’s going on.
They will know which account your payments are covering, even if you don’t, and as the payee, it is your account, and so can be closed off.
But you need to contact them, so that they know what’s going on, don’t chase you for the money, and so don’t impact your credit rating.
Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
