Cancelling Membsership

I cancelled the membership back in December. On the app it shows that i have not watched it since December 2022.  Never got any type of email or responce about it being cancelled, noticed on our credit card bill that they have still been taking the money.  Complained got 3 months back.  Seems a good little money earner if you think you have cancelled but they keep taking the money!  Check and check again people!!

Not getting the cancel confirmation email is nature’s way of telling you to go back and repeat the cancel, and make sure you carry out all four of the convoluted steps required 😢

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
