Cancelling Combo

Can anyone help me with this, my Combo offer has apparently come to an end, is it usual to not be notified that it is nearing the end of the offer?
Mostly I just want to know how I go about cancelling the combo altogether as the amount they want to charge me each month is way more than I'm willing to pay for a service that repeatedly falls over and cuts out. Do I need to call a number or can I cancel it online?

@Anonymous User Yep, I was notified the first time round but not the second time so it's probably not unusual. You can cancel either by phoning them (the number will be on your My Account > My Package page https://account.nowtv.com/my-package under Moving Home) or by live chat, although if you are just going to switch to another provider then they will take care of notifying and cancelling NOW TV (unless it's Virgin or a specialist cable provider). I'd suggest giving them a call and seeing what offers they can offer you to stay with them. You'll then be in a better position to decide whether to stay or switch.
