Cancelled

I cancelled my subscription a while ago. You've taken a payment and says auto renew! I don't want to renew and demand my money back!

@Anonymous User go to my account, then passes, scroll down and select the incorrectly charged option. It should get sorted for you. Also make sure you have clicked cancel and accepted all the confirmations.
