Hi I cancelled my subscription on the 01/11/2018 but you still have taken payment a month after.

Hi, I've just posted something similar. I had a free pass, and cancelled before end of free period. I'm sure that was in the Summer and I'm sure I've cancelled a few more times too as I keep seeing that it's still active. No matter how many times I cancel it, it keeps coming back,
