Cancelled subscription still being carged

Hi all

I moved home in March 2023 and cancelled my subsription in my new property I ordered the one day view sports which was £11.99 I noticed when checking my bank account that I was still being charged £9.99 for the entertainment package and £5.00 for the boost, when I checked my on line account there had been no charge other than the £11.99 for the sport 24 hour package in Feb has anyone had any issues like this.

The day membership is a one off fee. You won't get charged for it again unless you purchase with another one off payment.

Each membership is separate and need to be cancelled individually. 

As for the entertainment and boost. Did you get email confirmation of the cancellation? 

If you didn't then I am afraid to say you did not follow the wonderful cancellation process.
