Hi there,
I cancelled my subscription along with my apparent device booster whatever.. I only received the email for the booster, it never sent me one for the entertainment pass.
Now I've been charged a further 3 months for the entertainment pass and im only noticing now when i look through my banks transactions. I can confirm i haven't used any services with you in this period of time, i can't get speaking to any one on live chat, or by phone conveniently. So can someone from the NOWTV team, please help?

On my say I hadn't got anythink on my account I still payed alot money I want cancel my account

It’s very possible that you might have another account using the same payment details.
In your account are you showing any active memberships showing up and coming payments?
