I cancelled my subscription along with my apparent device booster whatever.. I only received the email for the booster, it never sent me one for the entertainment pass.
Now I've been charged a further 3 months for the entertainment pass and im only noticing now when i look through my banks transactions. I can confirm i haven't used any services with you in this period of time, i can't get speaking to any one on live chat, or by phone conveniently. So can someone from the NOWTV team, please help?
This is happening to me as well - I keep paying every month and i don’t know why seeing as I’ve cancelled everything. Please can someone from customer services call me otherwise I will taking this to the ombudsman as this is theft.
