I cancelled a free trail in time, received the email to say it has been cancelled however I am now being charged. Where is customer service??? No phone number, live chat doesn't work, just a robot chat which doesn't answer questions, any ideas how I get through to a human to sort this out?

Tried this link and all I get is "It looks like an Agent has blocked your chats". Never been in touch or contacted them before, so why the block? Perhaps they don't want to address the "cancelled and still charging over 3 years later" issue?
