Cancelled my home telephone and broadband (I called them!)

Shocking customer service. For the avoidance of doubt, I do not have any streaming services, only landline and broadband. I am not in contract. I telephoned them to say I would like my services cancelled. I know how tricky some companies can be so I enquired are the telephone calls recorded. I was informed that they were. The gentlemen sounded very reluctant to say either way. Definitely did not want me to cancel. Surprise surprise, just like many of the others customers, I HAVE BEEN CHARGED!!!. Just wait until 8am tomorrow they will be get an ear bashing!!!
