You’re not talking to staff on here. It’s just other customers like you and me.
Did you receive an email confirmation of the cancellation? If you didn’t then you unfortunately didn’t go through the length cancellation process.
To get any chance of refund you need to speak with staff. Which can be via live chat, by clicking “chat online” within the green box, do not hit “get help quicker” as this is a bot.
