Can someone please explain why I'm still being charged even though I cancelled my subscription??

Some of the more common reasons are multiple nowtv accounts, not going through the complete cancel procedure online when you cancel each pass separately (there is approximately 4 to 5 steps to cancel a pass where normally you will receive an email cancel confirmation from nowtv), somebody who has access to your devices (such has kids, family members, friends etc who has bought a pass without your knowledge (always recommend to add a Payment Pin to your account).
