Hi,
I cancelled an entertainment pass nearly 2 months ago and somehow it re activated itself. I now have been charged for an additional month, but had to cancel again, I would like this to be refunded as it is an unauthorised payment. I am currently staying in thr USA so I am and cant use it. Havent used it in nearly 2 months.
Please resolve this asap.
