I cancelled now tv in August 2021 and I noticed in Feb 2022 that I was still getting charged 9.99 so I immediately cancelled again and then I was still charges so I cancelled once again and contacted customer care when online help told me that no cancellation has been made at all.
I am now out of £190 for services I didn't want or use and I keep getting quoted terms and conditions. Now TV has made it impossible for me to cancel and keep saying that because I didn't receive cancellation mail, my membership is still active.
Please resolve this and issue me with £190 refund.
You won’t get any refunds through the forum. You have to contact staff directly in order to get any chance of a refund.
If you didn’t receive the cancellation email, then I’m afraid you didn’t go through what is a lengthy and pain in the rear cancellation process. All I can suggest is to keep at it.
By speaking to staff via live chat. Which is accesed by clicking "chat online" within the green box, don't hit "get help quicker" as this is a bot.
