Cancelled bills and taken payment

After cancelling my bill last month you've took a payment of 9.99 out of my bank. I cancelled it because I stopped using movies l and recently cancelled other passes. I had another bill due out and due to this I couldn't pay it. Is there anyway to be refunded.
