Cancelled Entertainment service ended early

I cancelled my services the other day (Entertainment and movie pass) as I don't find enough on here to justify it anymore. They were supposed to run till the 26th of Feb, however the Entertainment pass has ended early?

Did you sign up to a free trial with these memberships?

 

If so that’ll be why they ended 7 days later.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Nope, had a subscription for a few years. I've finally managed to find tech support, so I'll take it there.
