Cancellation

I Cancelled  my membership because sports entertainment was added and charged without my request.  I am still being charged 9.99 per month and 6.00 for boost whatever that is. How do I cancel all membership and achieve a refund?????

A few things you must do.

Put a payment PIN on your account. This will prevent a new memberships starting without your say so.

Then change your password and sign out of all devices.

For any chance of a refund you must speak with staff via live chat. Make sure your signed in and hit the 'How to get in touch' drop down.

Are you sure you meant to say Sports? 

@gavs82008 is replying as if someone else is buying passes on your dime, but I wonder if you bought a cinema offer, where Now ‘kindly’ threw in a free trial of Entertainment and of Boost, which you didn’t notice, and which have now turned in to paid subscriptions?

In which case, you go to your avatar top right, select Manage NOW Account, then My Memberships, and cancel these two before you incur any more expense.

Not that this alters by a whit anything that @gavs82008 describes that you should do, which you still should, but it might alter the content of your chat with Live Chat.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
