I would like to cancel my membership but when I go to my Account/Membership I cannot see my subscriptions... can someone help

This question seems to be asked a few times recently.
Have you more than one NOW account and looking on the wrong account ?
Is there anything showing under My Bills & Payments on your online account such has recent or up & coming payment ?
What type of NOW Membership do you have which needs cancelling?
Are you billed through a third party such has Amazon, BT, iTunes, Talk,Talk with regards to NOW?
Was you on a Vodaphone NOW TV promo offer and it hasn't expired yet ?
