Hi, I was meant to cancel my now tv before I was charged for another month, as I now have sky. I forgot and I was charged. I haven’t used now tv since I was charged, is there any way of getting a refund as I’m already paying for sky?

Can you elaborate, is it for TV memberships or broadband?
When you say Now TV that is referring to the old name of the company which either way offers 2 types of services.
