Cancellation

I cancelled my now tv pass in October and I’ve been getting charged ever since for broadband and also monthly £30 pass is there any way that this can be resolved and all money after cancellation can be refunded into my account? As I moved back into my parents house and didn’t need the internet @Now

Hello 

I would suggest to pop over to live chat where they deal with account related matters and ask them to cancel the pass or passes in question and also ask them for a refund. (Not the chat bot)
