Cancellation

I forgot to cancel my free trial- it was an honest mistake can I get a refund please ?

Same here!! I’d like to cancel mine and receive my money back as I only used it for the free trial and did not find enough things to continue to pay for it.

Here’s a link to an earlier example of this today, with advice on what you can try in order to get a refund.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
