Thank you for your prompt reply. I've used that ling many times but couldn't reach cancelation option. All I got after clicking that link were offers to subscribe with different services or to apply for voucher

You need to keep clicking “cancel” as NOW will ask, do you want to keep?
Then provide discount
Then another page asking are you really sure!
If you tried all this, head onto live chat and speak with NOW staff to sort it out for you.

Does anyone else find it strange that we can use our P.Cs to buy subscriptions and then suddenly can't access our "Passes" accounts to cancel the subscriptions. This has been my experience on 3 seperate occasions and I wonder if there is a (legal) reason for this. After all the adverts tell us we can cancel a subscription at any time but doesn't explain how to do this when denied access to the "Passes" page.

Hey G
Just out of interest, what browser do you use? The reason that I ask is because I read that some browsers can behave unexpectedly, especially if their cache has not been deleted.
You asked, "...can't access our "Passes" accounts to cancel the subscriptions...I wonder if there is a (legal) reason for this?". I not sure if this is a serious question because if the account is yours then you have every right to access, amend and update it any time you want to.
