It's the responisibility of the NOW TV account holder to pro-actively manage their NOW TV accounts.
If you wish cancel your NOW TV subscriptions, you have to do this officially via your 'My Account'. And this has to be done for each of the NOW TV services you have subscribed to. After which you will receive a confirmation email.
If you no longer wish to have a NOW TV account and have your details removed. For security reasons, all issues related to your NOW TV 'account' are subject to the Data Protection Act and can't be discussed on the open forum, which means you'll need to contact a NOW TV representative to resolve your issue.
You can contact a NOW TV representative via the forums 'Live Chat' facility or 'Send us a message' facility by using a Windows or Mac computer, not a mobile device, as their web browsers might not be sophisticated enough to display 'pop-up' windows (ie: windows within windows). Also, Mac or IOS device users will require JavaScript support enabled in their Safari internet browsers. Here's what you need to do: -

Unless your NOW TV subscription is directly through Apple (via an iTunes account) or you've received a NOW TV promotional offer through Vodafone, the official way to cancel your NOW TV subscriptions is via your NOW TV account.

I had cancelled my passes a couple oif months back but I am still being charged! When I go to the passes there is no cancell option, so how do I stop the payments?

do you see the active pass you want to cancel? If you don't the pass might be on a different account, so try logging in with any other usernames you have.
If you see your pass but the cancel button is greyed out then NOW TV are preparing to take the next payment. You could try contacting live chat to see if they can stop it.

Sounds to me that you have more than one NowTV username on your account, where you are currently viewing an inactive account which you have cancelled previously, if you go to View My Bills under the payment history when was the last payment against this username ?
I would check all your playback devices to see if the username matches the username that you have logged into your Now TV account where there is no cancel button option.
Also check all your email correspondence from NowTV which might identify a second username account which needs cancelling.
I only bought one month sports package pass 3 months ago, checked my statement today but there is recurring payment going out of my account each month. Please refund me for the past two months,
I am having the same problem. Trying to cancel an entertainment pass only to be met with continuous gobbledygook. My account understands payment details and personal details just unable to manage passes. I suspect just another tool sky uses to stop people paying less money. Appalling customer service which I have experienced before with Sky which is why I will never use their TV service again. Or Now TV once I find a way to cancel.

Welcome to the forum. Check to make sure you don't have adblocking add-ons that might be preventing the page loading, and you could also try a different browser and/or device (eg tablet or phone) to see if that helps.

I have now solved the problem by going up in the loft, finding and 'firing up' my old pc. A pc/mac browser problem. Thanks for your help.
Perhaps Sky could train their people to explain these problems.

First, I'm just a Now TV customer, not staff.
Second, whenever you add a pass or subscription to your account, whether Entertainment, Cinema, Kids or Sports pass, you have to cancel that pass or the subscription will roll on until your cancellation.
Finally, contact Now TV's help chat on the following URL and find out if you can get your problem sorted and possibly a refund.

When you go to My Account > My Passes is the cancel button greyed out or does it say start free trial or buy pass ?

If you have an entertainment pass and under My Account > My Passes it says start free trial or buy an entertainment pass then it sounds to me that you have signed in with your wrong username.
Have you used more than one username or email when setting up a NowTV Account in the past ?
I would double check the username on your NowTV playback devices to see if they match with the username that you checked your My Account > My Passes online.
Also double check all email correspondence from Now TV in the past which may give you a clue about other usernames that you may have used previously.
Also, i am assuming you didn't purchase the entertainment pass from Apple iTunes or the entertainment pass was part of a Vodafone promotion deal.
If you never used any other usernames in the past and are still struggling then contact live chat on the link page below.
Ok, I have an issue, ive actually cancelled NOW TV TWICE and they STILL charged me. First time, I was confused and thought that maybe I had not cancelled properly. Second time, I was like wow, I definitely cancelled and took a screen shot of when I got the cancellation page notification.
How can I talk to somebody about this about getting my refund??? I've attached a file showing my cancellation.
@Anonymous User Looking at that screenshot, you're still in the cancellation process rather than the pass being fully cancelled. When you go to your My Account > My Passes page

it should confirm there whether passes are still active or cancelled. If it is showing as still active you need to cancel again going all the way to the very end of the journey.
As for a refund, you can try talking to live chat, explaining the situation and seeing if they can do anything for you. To get there go to the following help page

I think you might be right. This is still absolutely ridiculous though as it makes you think you have cancelled having asked you many times already.
Not cool. There is nothing about this service I like and there is nothing to be watched anyway until next year.
i am trying to cancel my now tv and over an hour later am still going round in circles. iy is not even loading any passes up now to let me do anything...can someone please help

I have tried to cancel my entertainment pass but although I can log on when I try to cancel all I'm getting is the rotating coloured circles and no matter how long I leave it the pass does not come up.
As the official way of cancelling is to cancel our own pass what do you do if you can't access it??
