Cancellation

I would like to cancel my now tv  subscription but can't seem to do it

I have cancelled my passes and now want to delete my credit card details, not to have any issues in the future, but there is not an option that can be easily seen.

How does one delete CC details?

Actually, the 'Contact Us & Live Chat' button can be found at the bottom of all the Help Centre articles. The green 'Contact Us' button (which leads to the 'Live Chat' button) can be found at the bottom left of most, if not all the Help Centre articles. The idea being that after reading the 'Help Centre' article that fits your needs you should be able to resolve your issue yourself and only have to contact somebody at NOW TV as a last resort.

 

That being said, if you're still stuggling to find it, the easiest way of accessing 'Live Chat' is by using a Windows or Mac computer, along with various many makes and models of mobile phones and tablets (provided their screen resolution is high enough). Here's what you need to do: -

 

  • Click on the following: How To Contact NOW TV link.
  • Click on the blue 'Start Live Chat' button on the left of the web page.
  • A new 'What can we help you with today?' pop-up window should open up.
  • Click on the 'Request Chat' button.

I'm having the same issue.  Do we cancel DD from the bank?

I am also having this problem! I cant even remove my bank account details to stop payment!

Yep .. as of today it is impossible to cancel anything. Everything hangs up on the survey page and reloads over and over again without possibility to finish. Please make it work NOWTV ...

 

And honestly i am not surprised it doesnt work if you put a link under the button that reloads the page of the survey

 

I still want to cancel button links to : https://now.nowtv.com/webApp/NowTVKidsCancellationSurvey same thing goes for cinema and Entertainment with slightly different urls ...
