Cancellation

I cancelled my free trial and I was still charged for it and I'm not happy, so I wish a refund please.

i need a response from the nowtv team urgently.

 

i have the movires and entertainment package and cancelled the movies in december. I have just logged in and tried to cancel the entertainment package but it wont let me stating it cvouldnt take a payment and i cant cancel until its sorted .

 

I have already cancelled the movies in december as i said and now want to stop the service completely .

 

The lack of an option to conatct the now tv team directly is frankly ridiculous and typical of sky making things difficult.

 

i await an urgent reponse.

Rob - I cannot believe how difficult you make it for your customers to contact you . Having to go via a forum is both tiresome and ridiculous it should not be that difficult .

I simply wanted to contact you to say I have cancelled the movies but it was still showing as active and wanted to resolve the supposed issue with the payment as the credit card you had was both current and working .

The process was so difficult and cumbersome that I have cancelled the whole service and am no longer a customer .

Penny wise, pound foolish comes to mind !

A simple shortcut on your homepage to the live chat or at least an email link is all that is necessary it's really not rocket science !

Very very poor and I'm afraid Netflix is 1000% better in every respect
