Cancellation and then offered a new deal

I've tried to cancel my package, but then got offered a new deal of £19.99 for three months, but would be more than happy for the latest offers of £25 for 6 months of the Sports channel. Tried to process it but now looks as though my account is messed up and dont appear to be able to do anything now... please help!

Have you tried a different internet browser when taking up the sports offer.

 

When you are logged in on here under My Account > Manage Account > My Membership what is it showing on screen under Sports Month Membership ?

 

Should the month sports membership be active then if you click the down arrow below the sports membership what does the additional information say ?
