Have you asked for a refund or submitted an official complaint to NowTV, where the Community Forum is mainly customers helping out other customers with non account related matters.
I can see you are a Newbie on here looking at your Community status and haven't flagged up difficulties watching your Sports passes before (unless you have more than one Community username and account).
Where maybe Community users could have helped or pointed you in the right direction.
