I also have this exact same problem. I have money coming out but no idea what my account details are. There must be a way for NOW TV to link an account to a payment card but I can't figure out a way to actually speak to anyone at NOW TV to solve this. Currently I've disputed the payment directly with my credit card provider who has blocked NOW TV from taking any further payments. NOW TV if you read this please can you contact me directly?
@James_1988 this is a community forum for other customers like yourself. NowTV staff do pop by occasionally to moderate the page but no one in a position to access accounts or deal with specific issues.
