Cancel now tv, forgotten login but know bank account number

Is it possible for me to cancel a now tv account from my bank account, £8.99 coming out monthly however I don’t have access to this account as I’ve forgotten the login details inc email

I also have this exact same problem.  I have money coming out but no idea what my account details are.  There must be a way for NOW TV to link an account to a payment card but I can't figure out a way to actually speak to anyone at NOW TV to solve this.  Currently I've disputed the payment directly with my credit card provider who has blocked NOW TV from taking any further payments.  NOW TV if you read this please can you contact me directly?

@Anonymous User this is a community forum for other customers like yourself. NowTV staff do pop by occasionally to moderate the page but no one in a position to access accounts or deal with specific issues.

 

Your best option is to email

 

customerservices @ nowtv.com (ensuring no spaces)
